Leagues
The Centennial Valley Tennis Association (CVTA) is proud to be an active member of the Colorado Tennis Association (CTA) and the United States Tennis Association (USTA).
In 2009, based on the interests of our CVTA membership, we had 31 league teams in competition. For more information on league tennis, check the CTA website league page.
World Team Tennis will again be a tournament format for 2010! Rather than regular league play, there will be three World Team Tennis Tournaments: Denver, 22 May; Northern Colorado; 7 August, Colorado Springs, 14-15 August. You can play any or all tournaments and do not have to have USTA membership to participate. For more information go to the CTA WTT webpage.
2010 league registration and play is underway. Spring teams are playing with summer and fall leagues open to team registration. Check the CTA website for league registration info and league schedules (pdf). If you would like to play, and are new to the area or new to league tennis, or have questions about USTA or WTT leagues, contact:
Procedure for signing up for a CVTA League Team

Read the CVTA league
policy.

Join the USTA/renew your USTA membership (does
not apply for WTT).
You must be a USTA membership to participate in all leagues except
World Team Tennis (WTT). USTA memberships can be purchased
on the phone (1-800-990-USTA) or at the USTA website (under membership)
with a major credit card.

Join the CVTA/renew your CVTA membership.
Only active members can join a league team. Complete a membership
form and send it in with your check payable to "CVTA".
Existing members received a renewal notice in the mail and new members
can print our membership form from our website (click on 'Join Us')
or pick up a brochure from our bulletin board located at the Louisville
Rec Center courts.

Give your $15 league fee check (also payable
to "CVTA") to your team captain.
He/she will then give you the team number for on-line Registration
through TennisLink.

Register for your team on the TennisLink
website.
Use the team # given to you by your captain. Monies collected
by TennisLink go to the CTA and USTA only!
- Participation on a CVTA League Team is based on availability determined
by many factors including: player numbers, captain availability, court
availability, and other issues.
