| What: | The Boulder County Cup is a fun-filled, one-day casual tennis event organized by the Boulder Tennis Association, Centennial Valley Tennis Association and Longmont Tennis Association for its members. It is designed for tennis players of all levels to have fun, meet new players, become acquainted with different styles of play, get some exercise, and to get to know the members of the other tennis associations. |

| When: | Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008 We’ll have the following levels play at the following times: 2.5-rated players, 7:45 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. 3.0-rated players, 9:45 a.m. – 11:45 p.m. 3.5-rated players, 11:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. 4.0-rated players, 1:45 p.m. -3:45 p.m. 4.5-rated players, 3:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. |
| Format: | We have an all new format this year.
You will play round robin style doubles on each court for two 45 minute rotations (1.5 hours of continuous play). After the first rotation, the winners will move to the next court up and the losers will move down. In the second rotation, you’ll play with a different partner. You don’t need a partner and we’ll assign everyone to the courts on a first arrive, first on basis. Please plan on playing for 1.5 hours straight, with a 15 minute warm up – otherwise you’re taking the spot of someone who could play the whole time. Also please don’t be late. |
| Refreshments: | The event will feature food, drink and refreshments throughout the day, but please bring your own water. |
| Cost: | $10 per person |
| Who: | This fun filled event is open to any current member of one of the tennis associations listed above. |
| Capacity: | The tournament is limited to the first 32 entries from each association, for a total of 96 players, so sign up now! All levels welcome! |
| Rain Day: | Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008 at Fairview High School – if the weather is questionable, we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know about the rain delay – so please provide a valid e-mail when you register. |
